Blooms & Berries is the place to be for your upcoming events! We are pleased to offer fun and meaningful events during our spring and summer seasons. We accommodate, corporate events, spring/summer birthday parties, church groups, family reunions, youth groups, etc.

Our Standard Spring/Summer Package

Our Standard Package at $14.95 per person includes
  • Reserved Red Barn (which includes picnic tables, seating, and 2 electric outlets)
  • Access to our play yard which includes: Trike Track, Giant Slide, Simple Farm Games, Low Ropes, etc.)

  • Access to our 40 Animal petting area, which includes 1 cup of animal feed per person

  • A fresh Fruit pie slice (Baker’s choice), for eating at the farm, or taking home, for each person in the group.

  • Access to shopping in our Market Barn and Garden Center

  • Access to carts and for transporting food/decorations/ etc. into event

  • Single point of contact for coordinating and helping with event

Spring/Summer Add-On Services

We also offer add on services to our standard package to include with your event at an extra charge per service.
  • Dedicated Bartender for event up to 3 hours serving Beer and Wine- $149.00 Flat Fee + Gratuity

    *Based on projected 50-100 guests being served and subject to change. Flat fee is waived for group size over 100.

  • Beer: $8.00 per beverage, Wine: $10.00 per beverage
  • Cheese and Cracker Trays: $29.99
  • Cookie and Bread Trays: $29.99
  • Additional Animal Feed cups $3.50 per cup when on site, or pre purchase 20 animal feed cups for $40.00.

  • Animal Care expert on hand to provide information and fun facts about all of our animals- $149.00 flat fee (up to 1 hour)

  • Access to our Greatest of All Time, GOAT experience. Get up close and in the pen with some of our favorite goat friends! $149.00 flat fee (up to 1 hour).

    *Bundle both animal care expert & goat access for $250

Our Standard Fall Package

Our Standard Fall Package per person includes (50 person minimum)
  • Reserved private event tent with picnic table seating for 3 hours ($150)
  • Admission to Fall on the Farm 15+ attractions including: 40+ animal petting farm, Public hayride, 5-acre corn maze & kids corn maze, Low ropes course, Corn box, Barnyard 500 Trike Track, Pumpkin Bounce Pad, Spookley Storyboard Trail, Sound Garden, Giant slide, yard games, & play yard, Beer Garden (Fri-Sun), and Sunflower (when in season)

  • Wristband admission per attendee. Price to be determined when date selected.
  • Ticket/wristband distribution

    • Option 1: Blooms & Berries to manage on group’s behalf
    • Option 2: Welcome table for group leader to hand out to their own group

Fall Add-On Services

We offer enhancement add-ons for your fall group. Pricing varies, ask our coordinator for information.
  • Beer Garden Drink Tickets. Available for beer and wine. Pricing varies. 
  • Apple Cider Gallon Containers
  • Fall Bakery Treats | Specialty breads, fruit pie kits, cookie trays.
  • Meal vouchers | includes chips, drink, and choice of items from Farmer Frank’s Hot Dog Stand (Sat & Sun only)
  • Train Ride Tickets | take a fun ride on our NEW train this fall. Tickets vary. Ask our coordinator for pricing.

Group Event FAQs

  1. When the event concludes, please ensure that your area is clean and all garbage is thrown away and any items brought into the event, are taken to your cars.
  2. HAVE FUN!   Having fun is most important to us, as we want you to enjoy your experience with us.
  3. Please remember that this is a working farm, and we recommend that you wear older and more comfortable shoes, as there is gravel, uneven terrain, and maybe mud!
  • If the beer and wine package is purchased, the bartender under law, reserves the right to refuse to sell alcohol to any individual who appears to be over their limit. 

 Please also note:   Under Ohio law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location 

if that injury or death results from the inherent risks of that agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not

limited to, the risk of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you as a participant to act in a negligent manner

that may

contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. This is in accordance with ORC 901.80 (D).

 

Outside food, drink, paper products, and decorations. (No glass products, or confetti)

Coolers for water and non-alcoholic beverages.   (Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought onto the farm grounds and coolers will be inspected)
