Donation Requests

Donation requests accepted April – October 15

At Blooms & Berries, we are proud to support our local community. To help us process the high volume of requests we receive, please follow our submission guidelines below. Complete the online Donation Request Form (Telephone, email, mailed and fax requests will not be accepted.)

  • Eligibility: We exclusively support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Requests are accepted annually from April 1st through October 15th

  • Request Types: Please specify if you are requesting a physical gift card (for raffles/fundraisers, must be picked up on-site) or a 4-pack of Fall on the Farm tickets (emailed mid – late August). Gift Cards can only be redeemed on site for goods. They are not eligible to be used for tickets or online purchases. 

  • Community Impact: All requests must include a brief explanation of how the donation will benefit our local community. Please note that we do not offer cash sponsorships.

Important Information:

  • Pumpkin Donations: Requests for pumpkins will only be considered after October 1st, pending crop availability.
  • Submission: All requests must be made through our dedicated donation form (below). Requests sent via the general “Contact Us” form will not be considered.
  • Request Limit: A maximum of one request per organization per year will be accepted.
