Since 1999, we have served thousands of guests who visit our farm annually to pick strawberries and other fruit; visit the animals; shop in our bakery, market barn and garden center; and attend special events. The seasonality of our business brings fresh beauty, flavors and activities that change week to week, encouraging us to work efficiently and productively within each time frame. We strive to maintain a positive atmosphere and enjoy working in jeans and a T-shirt most days. Winter brings a more relaxed pace, allowing for more time with friends and family around the holidays.

Burger Grill Master – Fall on the Farm
Position Overview
Blooms & Berries Farm Market is looking for an enthusiastic Burger Cook to join our team during Fall on the Farm. This person should enjoy cooking, have strong attention to detail, and work well as part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities include
– Keep up with customer demand by cooking burgers and related menu items safely, efficiently, and consistently.
– Ensure burgers are cooked to proper temperatures and prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
– Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the work area.
– Monitor food and supply levels and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
– Work closely with other team members to provide fast and friendly service.
Qualifications
– Enjoys cooking and working with food.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
– Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.
– Must be available Saturdays and Sundays from Sept. 19 – Nov. 1
– Must be able to stand and maneuver for the duration of the shift.

- Earn some money enjoying a short 7-weekend commitment (weekday shifts available too).
- Enjoy a complimentary meal each Saturday and Sunday shift.
- Work mostly outside rotating among several positions. Our team enjoys working the bounce pad, admissions, checkout, the train and more!
- If you are interested in working in concessions, please indicate so when applying. This year we are expanding our food offerings and looking to build a strong team there as well.
Applicants must be age 16+.
