Blooms & Berries is seeking a friendly, responsible Seasonal Alcohol Coordinator to manage our Beer Garden at Fall On The Farm every Friday–Sunday from September 13 through November 2. This hands-on role will serve as both bartender and team lead, overseeing 1–3 staff members, managing inventory, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and welcoming experience. We feature about six seasonal beers and a selection of other alcoholic beverages; while deep beer expertise isn’t required, you should be able to discuss our offerings and help guests choose a drink they’ll love. Candidates must have prior beer service experience, be ServeSafe Alcohol certified (or willing to obtain certification), and enjoy working outdoors in beautiful fall weather. The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for the entirety of each shift, and providing exceptional hospitality—all while earning tips as part of our Beer Garden team.
This is a seasonal position, with the potential to be invited back in 2026 to assist with our Spring and Summer events.
