Parking Lead – Fall on the Farm
Position Overview
Blooms & Berries Farm Market is seeking a reliable and organized Parking Lead to oversee a small team during our Fall on the Farm event. The Parking Lead will help ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming parking experience for guests by directing vehicles, monitoring flow, and assisting their team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small parking team to manage guest vehicle flow.
- Direct cars to designated areas in a safe and orderly manner.
- Communicate clearly with team members via radio or in-person to adjust parking flow.
- Serve as the point of contact for team questions or issues.
- Assist guests with basic information and provide a friendly, helpful presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
