2025 Pumpkin Donations Update
We love being part of this community and supporting local causes whenever possible. However, due to multi-state growing conditions this year, our pumpkin crop is also impacted. At this time, we are not wholesaling or donating pumpkins. We expect to have enough for guests to enjoy at Fall on the Farm, but likely not any extra to share. We hope to resume donations in 2026, weather and crop permitting. Thank you for understanding!

Blooms & Berries has a long history of donating thousands of pounds of fresh produce each Summer to our local food banks/ Additionally, we get many donation requests from our amazing community. We love supporting as many causes as we can budget for each year above and beyond the standard charities we consistently work with. Here are our donation guidelines:

  • As a seasonal business we start the first four months of our year with zero revenue. Requests towards the end of the season are more viable for us as we discover what mother nature has in store for our business this year.
  • Requests must be made for a 501 (c)(3) organization or school.
  • Requests are reviewed on the 1st of each month and must be made 30 days prior to the event.
  • Requests for tickets are most likely to be approved, product second most likely.
  • We do not provide cash donations, t-shirt or other monetary sponsorships.
  • During the months of Nov – March, you may request our team considers your cause for one of our teams’ community service outreach days.
  • Pumpkins are rarely, if ever donated. We can often offer pie pumpkins & mini pumpkins with bulk pricing provided they are ordered with enough notice.
  • Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to call or email our regrets if your request is not approved.
